• After you’ve written down your Patient Story, you’ll review it to pull out relevant details – the things that really stand out to you and you want to communicate to your doctor.
• Once you have your important Patient Story details summarized, you’ll use the Patient History Pitch template to write a script that you can give in 2-3 minutes that covers your whole Patient History.
• Practice giving your Patient History Pitch with someone you know so that you feel confident and ready to advocate for yourself at your next doctor’s appointment.
