When you don&#8217;t have a goal?<\/p><p>As an Advocate, I help you explore your whole situation and find the right next step for you.<\/p><p>That next step could be coaching, it may be an appointment with medical health professional, it could be some books or a course. Many companies also offer an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) which can provide mental health support for free.<\/p><p>Some companies also offer free access to Health Advocates. You can check to see if your organization offers this service via this <a href=\"https:\/\/members.healthadvocate.com\/Account\/OrganizationSearch\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">link<\/a>.<\/p><p>If you or a loved one is hospitalized, you could also see if your hospital offers Patient Advocates on staff.
