Learn more about this with <a href=\"http:\/\/lorelei.jennysmith.net\/what-is-money\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"5666\">What is Money?<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-wp-embed is-provider-sustainable-wealth wp-block-embed-sustainable-wealth\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\nhttp:\/\/lorelei.jennysmith.net\/what-is-money\/\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2>You and Your Money Are One.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>You give your value to the world and most often, you receive money for it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Do you need managing?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Do you need to be controlled?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Do you need to be mastered?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Do you allow people to harness your power?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>I&#8217;m hoping your answer is NO!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>If you love yourself, then you love your money too.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And if you&#8217;re in a loving relationship with yourself and your money, why would you want to dominate it?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Do we dominate the things that we love?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>NO<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We respect them. We honor them. We work WITH them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>How Do You Work WITH Your Money?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>You first change the language you use to describe your relationship with your money. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The words we use are <a href=\"https:\/\/news.stanford.edu\/2019\/08\/22\/the-power-of-language-how-words-shape-people-culture\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/news.stanford.edu\/2019\/08\/22\/the-power-of-language-how-words-shape-people-culture\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">incredibly important<\/a> as they define our experience. So if you want to relate to your money differently, you must start by changing the language you use to describe the relationship. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Here are some examples of how you can change your language:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>I don&#8217;t manage my money -&gt; I work with my money.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>I don&#8217;t control my money -&gt; I create with my money.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>I don&#8217;t harness the power of my money -&gt; I work with my money to amplify our impact.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Speak these phrases aloud and tell me what happens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Do you notice a shift?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Is there more space in your body? Feel expansion?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Do you feel more relaxation and openness?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maybe some excitement?!
